Dr. Li An went to Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve in May 2017. With help from FNNR staff and Drs. Zhong and Deng from Capital Normal University (Beijing, China), we performed several experiments using UAV-mounted thermal infrared sensors to detect animals and people under canopy. Below are the results.
